About The Position

NAI Northern California is seeking highly driven individuals, particularly those with an athletic background, to join their high-performance commercial real estate brokerage teams. This role involves helping clients make informed decisions with their commercial real estate investments, which include shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes, or multifamily buildings, for purposes such as secondary income, retirement cash flow, diversification, or tax shelters. The position offers an unlimited income opportunity through a 100% commission-only structure, with significant earning potential from the first year. New hires will undergo a hands-on training program designed to maximize performance and will partner with experienced brokers, receiving ongoing mentoring and coaching from a supportive management team.
