About The Position

This is a 10-week summer internship program from May 31st to August 6th, 2027, focusing on first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking. The internship offers the opportunity to work closely with the North American Client Group (NACG) Central Team and Business Manager to develop and implement business group strategy. Interns will gain exposure to various NACG groups, assist in collating information on activities and projects, and collaborate on prioritizing projects and translating business requirements into tangible outcomes. The role also involves supporting the development and delivery of plans, running point for projects requiring complex spreadsheets and presentation decks, and carrying out other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Clear, impactful, and professional written communications
  • Success working independently, effectively, and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • A problem solver mentality

  • Current work towards a college degree that aligns with data analytics, project management, and business strategy
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or asset management industry

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the North American Client Group (NACG) Central Team and Business Manager to develop and implement the business group strategy
  • Opportunity to shadow other groups across NACG such as internal sales, portfolio construction services, specialist consulting group, institutional sales, insurance and retirement, and marketing and analytics
  • Assist in the collation of information relating to the activities, workstreams, and projects undertaken to advance the NACG business
  • Collaborate closely with the NACG Business Manager to prioritize projects and translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/projects
  • Partner across departments to support the development and delivery of plans including profitability analysis, sales data and analytics, and other various ad hoc requests
  • Run point for various projects that require the development of complex spreadsheets and/or streamlined presentation decks
  • Carry out other duties as assigned
