About The Position

Join Mondelēz International and help lead the future of snacking. As a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store product visibility and achieving field KPIs and annual objectives. This role involves regular in-store visits to manage product placement, ensure competitive adherence, and support seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Be a self-motivated individual who can work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Physically moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking store shelves.
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Omak, WA.
Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - start time: 6am.

Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez visit method.
Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and in store locations dedicated to impulse products (linear shops, contact points, additives).
Follow check out implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representative to fill in check outs and ensure competition is respecting it.
Inform Mondelēz sales representative and store employee in case of issue.
Occasionally fill in seasonal shelf and put in place seasonal extra visibility actions in store.
Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
Optimize seasonal sales, supporting occasionally implementation of seasonal campaign in store visibility.
Represent Mondelēz International in front of in store employee and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products.
