About The Position

The Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser fulfills customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. The merchandiser represents Mondelēz and its well-known snack brands in stores, working closely with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays. The role involves visiting assigned stores according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays. The merchandiser ensures products are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines; supports negotiated plans with store managers; follows a schedule set by the merchandising manager; and helps promote seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. The position covers Charleston, West Virginia, with Cross Lanes, West Virginia, listed as a secondary location. Applicants must live within 25 miles of the primary location. The required schedule availability is Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday, with a 7:00 AM start time. Hourly compensation is $13.00–$15.00 based on relevant experience.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently.
Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
Be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
Be able to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
Live within 25 miles of Charleston, WV, the primary location.
Be available Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday, starting at 7:00 AM.

Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
Enhance seasonal sales and displays and support new product launches.
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude.
