Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About The Position
Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers at Mondelēz International. This role involves fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will act as an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. The position requires representing Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility, and constructing promotional displays. You will carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays, and ordering product via an iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions. The role also involves ensuring Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines, and communicating any issues with management. You will follow a daily schedule for efficient in-store service and enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. A positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store is expected. Mondelēz International's mission is to empower people to snack right through offering delicious, high-quality snacks made with sustainable ingredients and packaging.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Ability to physically move our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Moorhead, MN
- Schedule availability required: Sunday-Thursday
- Start Time: 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
