About The Position

This is a Full Time position where you will represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity, serving as the face of iconic brands. You will deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers, execute daily store visits following merchandising excellence standards, and build strong relationships with store personnel. You will order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions, implement promotional displays, and follow daily schedules set by your Retail Territory Manager (RTM). Additionally, you will support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events, while communicating store-level insights and issues to your RTM and management team. The role embraces the physical nature of the job, including lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Groton, CT
Schedule availability required: 4 10 hour days. Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Saturday

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
