About The Position
The Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer is a frontline representative of Mondelēz International, responsible for bringing its snack brands to life in retail stores. The role builds relationships with store teams, stocks shelves, executes displays, and helps keep products visible and in stock. The merchandiser represents the company professionally and provides customer service to store personnel and shoppers. The position requires travel in a personal vehicle to assigned store locations. The primary location is Mount Juliet, Tennessee, with Lebanon, Tennessee, as a secondary location. Candidates should live within 25–35 miles of the primary location. Required schedule availability is Monday through Thursday and Saturday. The role involves physical work, including moving products from stockrooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the candidate resides.
- Have valid insurance coverage for use of a personal vehicle to travel to a variety of store locations.
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate a positive, professional, self-motivated attitude.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
- Be available to work Monday through Thursday and Saturday.
- Live within 25–35 miles of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, the primary location.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Complete daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines, including capturing display photos via DMI.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
- Order products using an iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
- Follow safety and compliance practices while performing physical merchandising work.
