About The Position

The Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer is a frontline field sales role responsible for bringing Mondelēz International snack brands to life in retail stores. The employee represents Mondelēz professionally, builds relationships with store teams, stocks shelves, executes displays, and helps keep products available and visible to shoppers. The role involves daily store visits, ordering product using an iPad and Salesforce, implementing promotional plans, and supporting seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events. The position requires driving a personal vehicle to multiple store locations and performing physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying, and moving products from stock rooms to store shelves. The primary location is Winter Garden, Florida, with a secondary location in Windermere, Florida. Schedule availability is Sunday through Thursday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
• Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Be able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 pounds.
• Be available to work Sunday through Thursday, starting at 6:00 a.m.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily and follow Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence practices, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
• Order product using an iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with plans negotiated through RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage of retail locations.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves while following safety and compliance expectations.
