About The Position

This is a Full-Time position where you will optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store visibility of Mondelēz products. You will be responsible for quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and designated in-store impulse product locations. You will follow checkout implementation plan guidelines, inform the sales representative and store employee of any issues, and occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions. You will also follow daily route planning for efficient in-store service, optimize seasonal sales, and represent Mondelēz International in front of store employees, working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday - 6:00 AM Start Time. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Florence, OR
Secondary locations: Newport, OR

Responsibilities

Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez visit method
Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and in store locations dedicated to impulse products (linear shops, contact points, additives).
Follow check out implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representative to fill in check outs and ensure competition is respecting it.
Inform Mondelēz sales representative and store employee in case of issue.
Occasionally be asked to fill in seasonal shelf and put in place seasonal extra visibility actions in store.
Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service
Optimize seasonal sales, supporting occasionally implementation of seasonal campaign in store visibility
Represent Mondelēz International in front of in store employee and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products.
