About The Position
Join Mondelēz International as a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, representing the company and its iconic snack brands in retail stores. This frontline role focuses on retail execution, building relationships with store teams, stocking shelves, implementing displays, and helping ensure products are available and visible to shoppers. The position covers Birmingham, Alabama, with secondary locations in Vestavia Hills and Bessemer; candidates should live within 25–35 miles of the primary location. A personal vehicle with valid insurance is required for travel between stores, and mileage is reimbursed according to company policy. Schedule availability is required Sunday through Thursday. Hourly compensation is $16.00–$18.00, based on relevant experience. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasional pushing and pulling of over 50 pounds.
- Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment and perform the physical activities involved in moving and stocking products.
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday.
- Live within 25–35 miles of Birmingham, Alabama, the primary location.

Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores professionally and positively, serving as the face of its brands and delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence practices, including capturing display photos via DMI.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers, to support brand execution and visibility.
- Order products using an iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM to coordinate coverage with the retail team and colleagues.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance practices.
