About The Position

We're My Gym Children's Fitness Center in Santa Barbara, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love creating memorable experiences. Instead of serving coffee, you'll be helping kids build confidence, celebrate milestones, and have the best hour of their week. No corporate scripts. No drive-thru timer. Just music, movement, games, laughter, and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. Instead of handing someone their morning coffee, you'll help a child take their first steps across the balance beam, conquer a fear, or hear, "I did it!" You'll become part of their childhood memories—and that's a pretty incredible feeling.
