About The Position
Medium Voltage (MV) Terminator B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time MV Terminator to perform high-precision electrical installations and stress control in industrial settings. This position offers a steady schedule of 50 hours per week, providing excellent earning potential. This position requires complete travel. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).
Requirements
- Proven background and expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) Terminations.
- Proficiency with MV tool kits and precision stripping/crimping techniques.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time.
Nice To Haves
- Previous 3M Certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Working on 35 kV stress cones, T-bodies, and splices.
- Performing critical electrical insulation and stress control tasks.
- Stripping, cutting, and crimping cables.
- Utilizing shear bolts for secure connections.
- Installing terminations within specialized electrical equipment, such as inverters.
- Ensuring every connection meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
