About The Position

Aviso Wealth, in partnership with Northern Credit Union, has an exciting opportunity for a Mutual Funds Investment Specialist. The Mutual Funds Investment Specialist is responsible for managing, growing, and aligning client portfolios while delivering exceptional service and relationship management. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record within the investment industry and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. By understanding each client’s unique needs, you will provide thoughtful advice and tailored investment solutions that support long-term financial success.

Reporting to the Director of Wealth Management, the Mutual Funds Investment Specialist provides high-quality investment and financial planning advice to clients. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to strengthen portfolios, and deliver personalized strategies. Working collaboratively with the Wealth Management team, you will contribute to the continued growth of the department while ensuring clients receive knowledgeable and responsive support.

Travel may be required.

Requirements

• IFIC / CSC
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) / Personal Financial Planner (PFP)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Superior knowledge of the Investment Industry
• Post‐Secondary degree / diploma, ideally in Commerce or Business Administration and/or equivalent experience.
