About The Position

This role is for an On Premise Specialist, referred to as a Musketeer, within the Red Bull organization. The position requires an individual with an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment and a passion for shaping it. The role involves independent work, with high stakes and expectations. The Musketeer will act as a Red Bull Ambassador, bringing the brand to life in various venues and establishing relationships with key influencers. They will also function as a City Entrepreneur, taking full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities, understanding market trends, and developing strategies for Red Bull. Additionally, the Musketeer will serve as an Indispensable Business Consultant, nurturing relationships with established customers, creating new alliances, and utilizing sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial growth for both customers and Red Bull. The role demands a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Red Bull's leading position in the On Premise channel.

Requirements

Established contacts within the industry, and/or you the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly
Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time
You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and are able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer
Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
