About The Position

Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Music Therapist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to use your unique talents to make a meaningful difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families. The role involves providing individualized music therapy to hospice patients to promote emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being, using music to encourage comfort, connection, and meaningful expression. The Music Therapist will collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care team and complete required clinical documentation.

• MT-BC preferred
• Hospice or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
