About The Position
Opportunities for Positive Growth, Inc. is seeking a board-certified music therapist to provide Music Therapy for individuals of all ages in the Autism and Developmental/ Intellectual Disabilities communities. The music therapist will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to foster people’s skill development to achieve their personal dreams and goals. The role involves collaboration with other music therapists, including presentations, group discussions, peer supervision, and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- MT-BC certification
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide Music Therapy for individuals of all ages in the Autism and Developmental/ Intellectual Disabilities communities.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to foster people’s skill development to achieve their personal dreams and goals.
- Collaborate with other music therapists through presentations, group discussions, peer supervision, and mentorship opportunities.
