About The Position

The Music Therapist PD - Board Certified Music Therapist plays a vital role in delivering therapeutic interventions through music to individuals across diverse populations within the United States. Requirements

• Board Certification as a Music Therapist (MT-BC) from the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure or certification as required by the state of practice within the United States.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical music therapy practice with diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and ethical standards in music therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Clinical expertise in various music therapy techniques allows the therapist to adapt sessions dynamically to meet evolving client goals.

Responsibilities
