About The Position

THE·TEAM's music department represents prominent music artists across all genres for live performance, touring, brand partnerships, and more. They act as long-term career development strategists, working with artists to expand their reach and deepen their impact with global audiences. THE·TEAM provides representation and marketing services in 28 countries and over 70 cities worldwide, driven by a belief in the unifying power of sports, music, and entertainment. The MUSIC·TEAM specifically represents a diverse roster of artists across live performance, touring, and brand partnerships, combining innovative strategy with industry relationships to foster sustainable, global careers. This Spring 2027 Internship Program is an in-person opportunity offering hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, brand partnerships, and entertainment business operations. Interns will gain exposure to the daily functions of a global talent agency while working with experienced professionals, designed for individuals passionate about music, eager to learn, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Must be eligible to receive academic credit
  • Must be available to commute to their selected office location
  • Must be available to work in-person for the duration of the program

Responsibilities

  • Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system
  • Generating tour itineraries and understanding tour routings
  • Assisting with artist immigration processes
  • Shadowing agent teams to learn about client services and workflow
  • Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports to understand tour marketing
  • Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives
  • Developing, implementing and executing marketing and ticketing strategies with a primary goal of selling tickets and maximizing marketing budgets for client tours and one-offs nationally and internationally
  • Securing performances at fairs, festivals, colleges, and other venues
  • Developing innovative partnerships for artists across the Music Division and the broader TEAM network
