Requirements
- Rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit
- Must provide proof of eligibility during the interview process
Responsibilities
- Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system
- Generating tour itineraries and understanding tour routings
- Assisting with artist immigration processes
- Shadowing agent teams to learn about client services and workflow
- Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports to understand tour marketing
- Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives
