About The Position
Holy Name is seeking a Music Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. We are located in Beech Grove on the southeast side of Indianapolis, and have been providing a strong Catholic education for over 100 years. We are blessed with wonderful teachers and school families who are dedicated to the mission of Catholic education, helping our students to know, love, and serve God. The music teacher will teach all grade levels from PreK-8th grade on a weekly basis. There may be some instances where playing for a school Mass would be required.
Requirements
- Valid teaching license, or ability to obtain an emergency license
- Strong collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lesson planning
- All other expectations related to the teaching profession
- Teaching all grade levels from PreK-8th grade on a weekly basis
- Playing for a school Mass on some occasions
