Share Your Gift: Become a Music Companion Volunteer (Instrument/Singing)
About The Position
We are seeking singers and guitarists who believe in the power of music to comfort, heal, and connect. As a volunteer musician, you will provide a unique gift to patients, some of whom may only be able to respond to the familiar strum of a guitar or the melody of a favorite song. You will perform at the bedside of hospice patients, collaborating with families to play the songs that mean the most to them. Just 1-2 visits a month can make a world of difference. We offer flexible scheduling any day of the week. Because this role is so vital to our clinical team, you will be guided through our full hospice volunteer onboarding to ensure you feel confident and supported. Requirements
- Passion for performing.
- Heart for helping others.
- Ability to sing or play guitar.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must attend orientation.
- Willingness to commit a few hours per month (1-2 visits).

- Experience in performing.
- Experience in hospice or healthcare settings.
