The Music Business/Management Department is seeking a creative and motivated student to support the development of video and digital content that expands the department’s online presence and connects its programs, people, and expertise with audiences at Berklee and around the world. Working with the Department Chairs, Project Manager, faculty, and staff, the Video & Content Production Student Assistant will help create and edit content for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms. Content may include interviews with industry professionals and faculty, guest speaker highlights, educational content, student and alumni stories, event coverage, short-form social videos, and other original programming developed by the department. This position is also designed as a significant professional development opportunity. Applicants are not expected to enter the role as expert video editors. The selected student will receive training, guidance, and opportunities to develop proficiency with professional video editing and content production tools while being paid for their work and training. As skills develop, the student will take on increasing responsibility for editing and producing department content.
