About The Position
Dove Science Academy Elementary South - Upper is seeking a creative and dedicated Music/Art Teacher to join our elementary team. This position will teach music during the first semester and art during the second semester. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, positive, and structured learning environment that supports students in developing creativity, confidence, and foundational skills in the arts. This teacher will plan and deliver standards-based lessons, manage classroom routines, and work collaboratively with school staff to support student success.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage elementary students.
- Flexible, organized, and creative.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching music and/or art preferred.
Responsibilities
