Associates are also responsible for punctuality, attending pre-shift safety meetings, wearing assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas, following all safety rules, and reporting to their assigned work area promptly. The work environment exposes the operator to noise, dust, various chemicals, and moving mechanical parts. Physical demands include talking, sitting, walking, standing, hearing, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, with a requirement for 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision. This is a full-time position, with days and hours determined by shift, and may require working weekends and overtime.
