Requirements

Four-year college degree
7 years of related experience within the industry
6 years of management experience
Expertise in project planning and coordination
Strong understanding of client relations and stakeholder management
Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
Exceptional communication skills
Commitment to innovation and quality
Fluent with civil engineering processes and procedures related to land development and commercial construction
Local municipality infrastructure experience
