About The Position
This position involves minor repair and maintenance of the interior and exterior of City facilities, component systems, and equipment. The work requires a range of competencies in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, equipment, and routine vehicle maintenance. The nature of the work is broad and general, not at the skill level characteristic of a licensed tradesperson or mechanic.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least two years building maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform minor repair and maintenance of the interior and exterior of City facilities.
- Maintain component systems and equipment.
- Engage in plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, equipment, and routine vehicle maintenance.
