ISL is happy to offer a relocation package for the right candidate to work out of our office in Rossland, British Columbia. This is an office-based role in ISL’s Rossland office. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site on a full-time basis to support the close collaboration, mentorship, client responsiveness, and team culture of the Rossland team, with reasonable flexibility for occasional personal appointments or business needs. About the Role Joining a small team where you don’t just feel like “you are a number” at work you balance fun, recreation and large impact in your own community by applying your expertise in: Perform engineering calculations, modelling, design, and drafting for municipal infrastructure projects, preparing technical deliverables, drawings, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D and ESRI (GIS). Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, memos, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, contract documents, specifications, and tender packages. Coordinate with clients, utility providers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage utility conflicts, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Support project management activities by assisting with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, meeting coordination, and project documentation. Assist with tender administration, contract administration, site inspections, construction reviews, and on-site support during project execution and construction. Foster strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues while delivering responsive service, supporting team collaboration, and maintaining safe work practices in office and field environments.
