About The Position

In this role, you will lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of design, permitting, and construction, balancing technical oversight in AutoCAD Civil 3D/Bentley software with full financial and contractual management. As a key representative of HBK, you will build strategic client relationships, navigate complex municipal approvals, mentor rising engineering talent, and champion safety-first engineering practices on projects shaping the future of regional infrastructure.
