Perform assessments of family strengths and needs. Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards. Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues. Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Requirements

Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
QMHP, Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and community-based sessions.
Perform assessments of family strengths and needs.
Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards.
Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues.
Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings.
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with care teams as needed
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
