About The Position
FLINT is seeking a skilled and experienced Multiskilled Operator for a permanent role at our Albian site in Fort McMurray, AB. This position involves operating various heavy machinery with a focus on precision and experience, contributing to Canada's vital resource regions. Requirements
- Minimum of 4000 hours on D6+ dozer or 2,000 hours tailings/cell experience.
- Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation).
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Completion of drug and alcohol testing.

- Willing to work on different pieces of equipment.
Responsibilities
