About The Position
MRC Industries is holding an open interview event for all current open positions. Interviews will take place on-site on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at 2538 S. 26th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048. Applicants should apply before attending, bring a copy of their resume, and be prepared to answer pre-interview questions as part of the application process. Current openings and applications are available through MRC Industries Careers. MRC Industries is offering eligible new employees hired into the Community Living Supports (CLS) Coach position a $500 sign-on bonus. Applicants must apply by October 31, 2026, meet the stated prior-application and prior-employment restrictions, complete the hiring process, begin work as a CLS Coach, and have eligibility confirmed by HR in their written offer. Current MRC employees transferring into the CLS Coach position are not eligible. The bonus is paid in two $250 installments after 30 and 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains in the eligible role on each payment date. Payments are made through payroll and subject to taxes and withholdings; no partial or prorated installments are paid. Applications received by October 31, 2026 may lead to employment beginning afterward, and confirmed eligibility remains valid for scheduled payments after the offer period expires. Requirements

- Remain employed by MRC in the eligible CLS Coach position on the dates the sign-on bonus installments are paid.
