About The Position
We're holding an on-site hiring event at Ironwood at Oro Valley in Oro Valley, AZ, and we're looking to fill several positions on the spot. Requirements
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required prior to direct-care work (some roles allow completing it shortly after hire)
- Pima County food handler card required for kitchen roles (Cook, Executive Chef)
- Role-specific requirements apply beyond this (culinary degree and leadership experience for Executive Chef, caregiver certification for Caregivers, etc.) – full details shared at the event and in the formal application
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in senior living or food service preferred, but not required for every role
Responsibilities
- Provides activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
- Prepares high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Oversees the entire food service operation, providing a fine dining experience for residents daily.
- Creates a warm, attentive dining experience for residents at every meal.
- Develops and maintains Memory Care department.
