Multimodality Technologist (Mammo/X-Ray)
About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a compassionate and skilled Multimodality Technologist to join our team in Sparta! This role involves working closely with patients and their families to provide care in the imaging services department, performing mammography and x-ray exams, operating exam equipment, and providing support and education to patients regarding their exams. This is a .8 FTE position, equating to 32 hours per week, with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating weekend shifts required.
Requirements
- Post High School education in a specialized field: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- One-year clinical experience in a Radiology Program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered Technologist-Radiography (ARRT)
- Wisconsin employees must be a Licensed Radiographer with the State of Wisconsin (LICRAD-WI)
- American Registry Radiologic Technology of Mammography (ARRT-M) within nine months of hire date
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
