As a Multimedia Specialist Senior, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. How a Multimedia Specialist Senior Will Make an Impact Design, implement, integrate, test, and make operational the control and distribution systems for all AV/VTC systems supporting the customer. Possess extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in engineering conference rooms, webcasting, IPTV, and streaming video systems. Assist project management, customers, and key stakeholders with cutting over AV/VTC systems. Collaborate with system programmers on AV/VTC integration and testing to ensure control system hardware and software meet performance metrics. Provide project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings and a technical acceptance report.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with VTC Codecs, audio mixers, control systems, AV automation, wiring, amplifiers, microphones, projection systems, video cameras, and other A/V peripheral equipment.
  • Ability to effectively conduct and interpret tests and troubleshoot highly complex operational problems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems or inadequacies in systems operations.
  • Strong business communication skills with strong verbal communications to interface effectively.
  • CRMC or an equivalent video certification required
  • TS/SCI required
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
  • Cisco Telepresence experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to understand AV/VTC systems and ensure accuracy of work.
  • Ability to review the work of others and detect errors or needed modifications
