Position Summary: Key Duties / Responsibilities: Champion the Cadwell global brand by evolving our style guide and managing a comprehensive digital asset library to deliver a unified identity across all channels Design and execute visually-compelling assets for social media, email, web, and digital advertising Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clinical educators, to translate complex device functionality into intuitive diagrams, iconography, and visual assets Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design high-impact sales tools and digital media packages, including brochures, flyers, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, and catalogs Manage front-end web design and CMS presence (WordPress, HTML/CSS) Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots with external contractors Drive experiential design for global trade shows, managing booth layouts and graphics and the visual customer journey for major industry events Ensure marketing materials and digital campaigns comply with medical device regulations (e.g. FDA, EU MDR) and industry standards, collaborating with regulatory affairs as needed Track digital marketing analytics (email, social, web), making informed decisions and creative revisions to graphics Leverage AI-driven design tools to improve workflow efficiency and optimize outputs for graphic design projects Other duties as designed Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field 3-5+ years of design and marketing experience, with a preference for highly regulatory industries (medical device or healthcare) A strong digital portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and tradeshow booth design Job Knowledge / Requirements: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Front-end web proficiency, including WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Figma for prototyping Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot) Strong understanding of print production and large-format specs for trade show booth management Proficiency in designing for visual social media content (LinkedIn, Meta, X), spanning organic and paid social ad campaigns Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and website tracking protocols, including implementation of UTM parameters to monitor asset performance 10-20% travel required for industry trade shows and events. Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents.
