About The Position
The successful candidate will run our Central Maine Bureau in Waterville. While this is considered a general assignment reporting position, there is a heavy emphasis on coverage of the state legislature/governor in Augusta, as well as state elections. There may also be fill-in anchor opportunities. The job requires shooting and editing, and posting materials to social media and the website.
Requirements
- Educational background in electronic mass media/journalism
- Experience shooting and editing
- Experience running a live backpack unit (TVU)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
