About The Position

Requirements

  • Degree in graphic design, animation, photography, video production or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in videography, editing and photography
  • Highly organized and can multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationships
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management or organizational skills
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with animation, commercial shoots, livestreams, podcast production, gimbal operation, lighting, teleprompter, audio and AI platforms are preferred
  • Knowledge of basic production terminology preferred
  • Familiarity with project management, cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms such as AEM, Workfront and Frame io preferred

Responsibilities

  • Produce basic video and photography projects, including video b-roll, product shots, store photography, employee photos, training videos, social videos, internal corporate communications and other projects as needed
  • Edit video, design graphics and customized template-based animations for a variety of multimedia projects
  • Assist with livestream and podcast productions
  • Refine the color quality of videos and photographs
  • Set up and troubleshoot audio equipment for recording
  • Apply effective lighting techniques for photo and video shoots
  • Build familiarity with company production workflows, brand standards and procedures
