About The Position

Are you a creative storyteller who thrives at the intersection of design, multimedia, and digital experiences? We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis and help bring our brand, products, and campaigns to life across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys wearing multiple creative hats — from graphic design and motion graphics to web design and multimedia production. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create visually compelling content that drives engagement, supports growth initiatives, and enhances the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and web design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple channels and platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Experience designing for websites and CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot
  • Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and digital branding
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting B2B technology, telecom, SaaS, or communications companies a plus
  • Familiarity with creating sales enablement and customer engagement materials a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching email campaigns, social media graphics, one-pagers, flyers, trade show materials, presentations, and other branded assets
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, short-form videos, and multimedia content for web, demos, social media, and sales initiatives
  • Edit video and audio content for promotional, educational, and customer-facing materials
  • Transform ideas into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
  • Design and enhance website landing pages, banners, and digital experiences
  • Improve website layout, usability, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to bring designs to life
  • Optimize visual assets for performance, speed, and conversion effectiveness
