About The Position

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a Multimedia Creator to join their People Assurance team remotely. The Multimedia Editor, Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director and work with the video team to shoot, create, and edit videos, including synthetic voice-over tracks and translated media. This role also involves leading design and translation projects, leading small teams on media shoots, and performing graphic design tasks.

Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and interact professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, video/audio editing workflows, and digital asset/project management tools such as Dropbox and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities, combined with a collaborative mindset, customer-focused approach, and commitment to delivering quality-driven outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning, with the technical and administrative skills necessary to support evolving business and production requirements.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel as needed (typically 10–15% annually) and eligible to work remotely while residing legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using project tracking and management software and services.
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, Final Cut pro, DaVinci Resolve or other video media.
  • Experience with sound design, audio effects and basic audio editing.
  • Experience using Slack for cross-functional team communication.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Art Directors and Instructional Designers to assemble and compile completed media in preparation for Quality Assurance.
  • Create audio track files using a current web service.
  • Download and review audio files to ensure correct voice and quality.
  • Process audio files through pre-set audio leveling software.
  • Deliver audio files to appropriate folders in the file management system.
  • Troubleshoot and correct audio using the established process.
  • Oversee and maintain the voice-over file tracker.
  • Communicate with Art Directors, Video Editors, Instructional Designers, and Project Managers regarding file status.
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of all project deliverables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
