About The Position

The Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for producing, editing, organizing, and distributing high-quality video and other visual content that supports the company's marketing, communications, recruiting, and operational initiatives. This role manages the full video production lifecycle—from planning and content capture through editing, asset management, and final distribution. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and field teams, the Media Production Specialist will help establish scalable processes for capturing compelling stories across branch locations while maintaining consistent brand standards. The position also serves as the primary curator of the company's growing library of multimedia assets and provides support for in-person marketing events as needed.

Requirements

  • 5- 8 years of professional video production and editing experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition (or comparable editing software).
  • Experience operating professional video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to company locations for video production.
  • Ability to transport and operate video production equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds of production equipment.
  • Ability to travel to branch locations and events as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing digital asset management (DAM) systems or multimedia libraries.
  • Drone photography/videography certification (FAA Part 107) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience producing content for social media platforms.
  • Photography experience.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video and audio content for marketing campaigns, customer success stories, recruiting, training, company events, and internal communications.
  • Edit video footage into polished, engaging content optimized for multiple platforms, including web, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production enhancements.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Work with the marketing production manner to assure brand and design standards are created and enforced.
  • Receive, review, catalog, and edit video footage submitted by field employees, freelance videographers, sales teams, and marketing contributors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify video opportunities that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for field personnel capturing video content to improve consistency and production quality.
  • Coordinate with freelance production resources when additional support is required.
  • Partner with Operations and Marketing to develop branch-level video capture plans and production schedules.
  • Coordinate travel and production logistics for video projects across company locations.
  • Help establish repeatable workflows that enable scalable content creation throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to increase content generation while minimizing disruption to branch operations.
  • Maintain an organized, searchable library of video, photography, graphics, and multimedia assets.
  • Develop and maintain file naming conventions, metadata, version control, and archival processes.
  • Ensure assets are properly stored, backed up, and readily accessible for future marketing and communications needs.
  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of company marketing events, trade shows, customer events, recruiting events, and internal meetings as needed.
  • Capture event photography and video for future promotional and internal use.
  • Support multimedia presentations and audiovisual needs for company events.
