In this role, you’ll use your creativity, instructional systems, and interaction design techniques to create an immersive experience for the warfighter. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a multimedia artist or graphic designer
Experience with graphic design sof tware, including visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Experience transforming large, complicated training events into concise, e nga ging, and informative summaries
Experience with programming
Knowledge of various computer sof tware applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Graphic Design or Electronic Media Production field

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD operational personnel
Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into functional UI / UX solutions
Experience ensuring consistency in design patterns and maintain design systems
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Secret clearance
