About The Position
Adams MultiMedia is seeking a driven, digitally savvy sales professional for a full-time, in-person Multimedia Account Executive role. This position is for a proactive individual who builds their own book of business, fosters trust with local and regional clients, and develops effective digital and multimedia advertising strategies. Adams MultiMedia (AMM) is a growing, community-focused media organization operating in 20 states, connecting local businesses with their target audiences through smart digital and traditional media strategies. The company is large enough to provide resources but small enough for individual impact to be felt daily.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- You can talk SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic without breaking a sweat
- You've worked in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and know how to manage a pipeline
- You're a natural communicator — confident in presentations, sharp in negotiations
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but thrives in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Digital advertising sales experience is a major plus
- Google Ads or Analytics certified
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV)
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover what clients really need — then build campaigns that deliver
- Act as a trusted advisor: regularly share performance data, optimize campaigns, and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with our internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposals
- Hit (and exceed) revenue targets — because that's what great salespeople do
