About The Position
We are seeking a Multilingual Learner Paraprofessional to support our students in developing English proficiency and academic skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must meet ParaEducator Highly Qualified Status as defined in the 2026-2027 Personnel Handbook.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish or Hmong.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with diverse student populations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with lesson assignments in individual or group settings.
- Support scaffolded instruction under the direction of an ML Teacher.
- Maintain instructional materials and student records.
- Facilitate communication between the school and multilingual families.
