About The Position
This position is an excellent entry opportunity to the Lincoln Public Schools and to P-8 public education. The primary purpose is to deliver high quality support aimed at accelerating English language learning by exposing students to language support through content-based curriculum.
Requirements
- Personal vehicle/transportation in order to travel between the The Lincoln School and The Hanscom School. (Travel costs between campuses is reimbursed by the district)
Responsibilities
- Differentiates support to meet the needs of individual students across grade levels and classrooms
- Works closely with the three multilingual learner teachers to ensure the needs of multilingual learners are met and students have access to the curriculum
- Participates in professional development activities consistent with the district’s goals and needs of English Learners
- Support students at both The Lincoln School and The Hanscom School
