About The Position
Menasha Joint School District is Hiring a Multilingual Learner (ML) Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. As a Multilingual Teacher, you will serve as a valued instructional leader and language-acquisition expert within your school. You’ll work side by side with educators to design meaningful, culturally responsive instruction, support multilingual students’ growth, and influence systems that promote equity and access. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact—on students, on instruction, and on school culture.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license with an endorsement for teaching multilingual learners (or ability to obtain one).
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and best practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in a language other than English.
