About The Position

This role focuses on instructional strategies, presenting subject matter clearly, and fostering a positive learning environment. The specialist will implement effective language instructional strategies, motivate students and teachers, and provide feedback to facilitate learning and mastery. They will present subject matter logically, communicate objectives, and demonstrate strong subject matter knowledge. The role involves creating a positive, growth-oriented learning environment that embraces diversity and innovation. Professional responsibilities include engaging in self-development, providing professional development to staff, maintaining accurate records, and working cooperatively to improve instruction. The specialist will also work towards school and District goals, enforce policies, and perform other assigned duties.
