The Support/Multifunction Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating and maintaining mobile and/or stationary equipment to relieve or backfill other team members. Requirements

• Must possess a safe work history
• Must have a good record of behavior and attendance
• Have a positive attitude and proactive approach to our safety program
• Willingness to do other work as needed, including heavy labor
• Ability to operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
• Ability to comprehend and complete all needed paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains mobile and/or stationary equipment to relieve/backfill Production and Retail Operators
• Follows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (MSHA, etc.) for safe, environmentally conscious working procedures
• Performs daily pre‐and‐post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Cleans the plant(s), equipment, and breakrooms and maintains designated work area (stockpiles, etc.)
• Utilizes understanding of the capabilities of equipment of various sizes and weights
• Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilities
• Assists with major repairs as needed
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
