About The Position

LSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations, complete service requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and ensure excellent resident service across apartment communities.

Requirements

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver license
• 2+ years maintenance experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge
• Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• CAMT Certification
• HVAC trade training
• CPO Certification
• Multifamily maintenance experience
• Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues
• Support unit turns
• Inspect community assets
• Participate in on-call rotations
