LSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations, complete service requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and ensure excellent resident service across apartment communities. Requirements
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver license
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge
- Strong customer service skills

- CAMT Certification
- HVAC trade training
- CPO Certification
- Multifamily maintenance experience
- Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues
- Support unit turns
- Inspect community assets
- Participate in on-call rotations
