About The Position

LSA Management seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage property assets across apartment communities.

Requirements

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver license
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Team leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• CAMT Certification
• CPO Certification
• HVAC trade certification
• Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience
• Renovation and capital project experience

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs
• Manage budgets and vendors
• Ensure work order completion
• Support capital projects
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• Participate in resident retention initiatives
